We run commercial and bulk debt collection schemes, and we deal with all types of enforcement of judgment, including the use of charging orders, statutory demands and bankruptcy petitions and winding up petitions.

We deal with a wide range of professional and other negligence cases for both claimants and defendants, for private clients and insurers in claims concerning all types of professionals including solicitors, barristers, accountants, auditors, surveyors and architects and financial advisers, as well as claims against medical clinicians and other healthcare professionals.

We act in cases involving all aspects of intellectual property law. This includes claims and disputes in relation to trademarks, copyright and patents, defamation, data protection and breach of confidentiality as well as passing off and other types of infringement.

Debbie trained with a national law firm, qualifying in 1999. She joined nexus on its inception in 2000 and became an associate in 2004 and a partner in 2007.
