We act in franchising disputes, commercial agency disputes and claims, guarantee and indemnity cases as well as estate and probate claims.


We have particular experience in acting for financers and lenders, especially where their borrower customers face insolvency.


We deal with commercial and bulk debt collection matters for a wide range of clients.  We offer fixed price schemes for bulk work, covering the initial letter before action, drafting and issue of County Court or High Court proceedings, handling contested or defended proceedings and obtaining judgment. We also deal with all types of enforcement of judgment, including the use of charging orders, statutory demands and bankruptcy petitions and winding up petitions.


We advise on enforcement actions and all other types of applications that arise in a landlord and tenant relationship including issues involving the exercise of powers by bailiffs and distraint for rent.

We advise on rent and service charge recovery, rent reviews and service charges disputes.  We help landlords and tenants in relation to the termination of leases and tenancies including business tenancies.


We also act for clients involved in mortgage disputes and possession cases.  We have considerable experience in professional negligence (including surveyors and solicitors), property insolvency, eviction of squatters and dilapidations and disrepair claims.


We act for many managing agents and deal with recovery of rent, service charges and other arrears.
